Pese a lo estricto de esta manera de adelgazar o bajar de peso muy rápido, ciertamente la gama de alimentos a ingerir es amplia.

Yo llevo unos 3 años siguiéndola (a intervalos) e incluso a partir de ellos hice mi propio blog sobre la cetosis (Daniscience.com) en el que creo que modestamente he ido consiguiendo que la gente pierda ese miedo, por cierto voy corriendo a poner un enlace a este artículo ya que siempre me gusta tenerlo todo actualizado y lo has explicado muy bien y que la gente se va a sentir tranquila y animada intentándolo.
