Even eating a keto diet will prolong that time atleast a few more hours. My keto diet plan was very simple. Eat fat, eat fat, eat fat, stop eating. Fat will get you dietary ketosis in a matter of 12–24 hrs. Then you will flip in and out of dietary ketosis and body fat ketosis a little and then the stop eating step will keep you in body fat ketosis. AKA - you’re using body fat to run your daily activity.
